Were partnering with an award-winning creative design and manufacturing studio based just outside Brighton, and theyre looking for someone who can bridge the gap between concept and build.This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same from high-impact retail window displays and immersive pop-ups to bespoke in-store installations and live events.The RoleYoull play a key role in turning creative concepts into fully realised, buildable solutions. Working closely with designers and in-house production teams, youll ensure ideas are not only visually exciting but technically sound and ready for manufacture.What Youll Be DoingTranslating creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and production-ready designsWorking across a wide range of materials including wood, metal, acrylic, and moreCollaborating with workshop teams (woodworking, metalwork, props, upholstery, signage, etc.)Supporting projects from initial brief through to final installationProblem-solving and refining designs to ensure efficient and high-quality buildsWhat Were Looking ForMinimum 5 years experience in a technical or production design roleStrong proficiency in SolidWorks and SketchUpA solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methodsA practical mindset with a passion for how things are madeExcellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbout the StudioYoull be joining a highly creative and passionate team specialising in retail displays, in-store experiences, pop-ups, and events. With a fully equipped in-house workshop, they offer end-to-end design and manufacturing from concept through to installation.Projects range from bespoke one-offs to large-scale rollouts, working with brands across high street and luxury sectors.
