Job Description Design Manager Newham, East LondonMajor new build Residential project (c. 125m) for leading Main Contractor Our client is a leading Main Contractor (turnover c. 300m) who operate throughout the UK and Ireland. Following their continued success and growth, they have a new opening for a Design Manager for a major new build Residential scheme in East London. As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the design elements and interfaces of all aspects of the project ensuring the quality of the design and monitoring the delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will have:At least 5-10 years construction design experience.Large scale new build/D&B residential/mixed-use project experience.Stable career history with recognised Main Contractors and/or Property DevelopersRelevant Degree/Diploma 3rd level qualification This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the senior leadership team on a high-profile project with a busy and progressive main contractor.
