Not only that, they offer support, development and progression opportunities.Whats in it for youAnnual salary 35,000 - 50,000 DOEMonday to Friday, 9am 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch break29 days annual leave plus bank holidaysFree parking at officeWork with a strong team of 20 staffHybrid working availableWhat youll be doingAs a qualified Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and LeaseholdsManaging on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the fileDrafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC formsApplying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-CompletionComplete SDLT formsWhat you will havePrevious experience in managing a conveyancing caseloadMust be qualified conveyancer - CLC or Cilex qualifiedIdeally 3 years PQE preferredWill consider candidates who have fee earning experience who are currently working towards Solicitor qualificationThorough knowledge and understanding of Residential ConveyancingKnowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
