As a key player in the team, youll be at the heart of the action sourcing exceptional talent, supporting Consultants, and helping to deliver results that make a real impact. What Youll Be Doing: Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates via job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking Writing compelling job adverts that attract attention and the right talent Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance Building long-term relationships to strengthen our talent pipelines Bringing energy, ideas, and initiative to a growing business What Were Looking For: Experience in recruitment or a fast-paced administrative/sales role (preferred but not essential) Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment A positive attitude and a genuine interest in people Whats on Offer: 26,000 + DOE MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm (no weekends) A growing, ambitious company where your career can genuinely develop Supportive, close-knit team culture Ongoing training, development, and recognition for results If youre ready to be part of a company thats building momentum and want to grow your own career at the same time wed love to hear from you.
