Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join our financial services clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial planners by preparing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans for clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various IT applications to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction. Duties Ability to utilise various platforms such as IO, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, Voyant Assist in the preparation of financial plans and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products, market trends, and client portfolios. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning regulations and best practices. Collaborate with financial planners to gather necessary information from clients and ensure all documentation is complete. Utilise software tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation, communication, and data analysis. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Organise and manage client files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and securely stored. Skills Qualifications in Financial Planning are essential CII Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning, DipPP, DipPFS or similar Proven background in Paraplanning is essential Excellent communication skills Strong numeric & analytical skills Strong team player Work well under pressure to meet deadlines Strong work ethic Tech Savvy Proficient in IT applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members. Knowledge of financial services and financial planning principles is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to clients.
