Engineering Planner

Job Description Were looking for a motivated Engineering Planner to join a growing, fast-paced team at one of our prestigious clients based near Keele! Youll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance visits, reactive callouts, and alarm responses. Youll liaise closely with clients, engineers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. What youll be doing Plan, schedule, and coordinate external engineering teams nationally Arrange scheduled maintenance visits and respond to reactive service requests Ensure engineers have the correct paperwork and parts for each visit Maintain engineering team diaries and organise workloads efficiently Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and maximise efficiency Provide timely updates to clients, management, and engineers Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) Option to work hours over 4 days Pay 25,000 - 28,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) Skills/Experience Required Proven experience in planning or scheduling works A valid UK driving licence is essential Good geographical knowledge Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload, and multi-task effectively Computer literate on Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) Excellent attention to detail Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Flexible working hours, including option to work over 4 days Yearly bonuses Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in service Ongoing training and development Growing business with opportunities for progression Free on-site parking Day shifts, no weekends Flexible working Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
