This is a senior-level role within our HR structure, offering the opportunity to craft the culture, drive long-term strategic planning, and make a real impact on the future of our Distribution function. Youll partner with leaders from Manager to Senior leader level, influencing everything from talent succession to cultural transformation.As a true business partner, you will mentor, challenge, and support your stakeholders to deliver strategies that drive business success.
