Senior Architect

Confero Recruitment are delighted to be working with this fantastic employee owned business as they look to appoint a Senior Architect to their business. Due to a growing portfolio of work most notably within their Residential, Defence and Transportation Sectors. They are seeking an ambitions Senior Architect who perhaps feels they have hit the glass ceiling where they are at, and maybe don''t have that room to grow/get promoted to an associate role. The Role: Offers excellent career progression and we are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, driven and willing to contribute to the long term success and development of the architectural team. The roles requires a broad skillset as you will need to be competent working across all stages of the RIBA plan of works. Being comfortable and skilled at stages 1&2, and 4&5 are important for this role, and the plans for future promotion. Qualifications/Experience ARB registered Architect. Experience in the Residential, Defence or Transport sector is key. Experience in designing and running your own jobs. A strong team player willing to participate in business growth by maximising opportunities and being willing and able to support junior members. Strong Knowledge of the Building regulations.
