Requirements: Youve run a 360 desk and understand Global Tech markets - from client calls to closing deals, you thrive across the full recruitment lifecycle. Experience in Cloud, Data or ERP recruitment? Even better. You speak the language of high-growth tech and understand what top-tier talent looks like. Consistent billing with a growth mindset. Youve got a proven track record of achieving targets and building long-term partnerships, on both sides of the desk. Self-motivated. Youre confident working independently and can drive results without someone looking over your shoulder. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and market insight skills.
