Youll be part of a modern, insight-led supply chain team , redefining how supplier partnerships drive large-scale engineering success. The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, youll lead strategic supplier engagement across manufacturing and engineering portfolios. This isnt transactional procurementits strategic relationship leadership . Youll use data, insight, and influence to align global suppliers to complex project needs, strengthen delivery capability, and drive continuous improvement across major national infrastructure programmes. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to key global suppliers, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and long-term value creation Lead supplier performance management, relationship reviews, and risk mitigation activities Harness data and analytics (e.g. Power BI) to measure performance and unlock improvement opportunities Support project teams through effective forecasting, capacity planning, and supplier integration Influence senior stakeholders and embed a culture of supply chain excellence across the organisation About You: Youre a strategic, data-driven supply chain professional who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable impact.
