Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs including working with SEND Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate Deliver catch-up sessions Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables: Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people Must have a passion for education Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher Why choose Milk?
