Senior Product Designer (Agency)

Senior Digital Product & Experience Designer Hybrid, Newcastle Join a world-class design and innovation studio delivering award-winning digital products, immersive experiences, and future-focused concepts for global brands. Theyre looking for a Senior Designer to confidently lead projects, push creative boundaries, and turn bold ideas into reality across digital platforms, installations, speculative concepts, and hybrid physical/digital experiences. What youll be doing: Leading the creative direction of projects from concept to final output Designing next-generation SaaS platforms, connected ecosystems, AR/VR simulations, and interactive installations Collaborating with strategists, product designers, technologists, and clients on complex or ambiguous briefs Balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on design craft from UI and interaction design to motion-rich storytelling What theyre looking for: 5 years experience in fast-paced agency or studio environments Expertise in interaction design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX/UI across multiple sectors and contexts Adaptability to switch between industries and project types from automotive to enterprise tech Experience mentoring designers and setting a high bar for craft, storytelling, and systems thinking Familiarity with emerging tools and workflows, including AI-assisted processes (bonus if youve explored Touch Designer, Webflow, Unity, Framer, or front-end principles) Location & Package: Hybrid 3 days per week in Newcastle studio, 2 days remote 5070k depending on experience benefits If youre excited about shaping innovative, brand-led digital products and experiences and confident leading from ideation through to delivery apply with your CV portfolio link. 55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
