You should be collaborative and proactive, working on a wide variety of change initiatives using a range of skills and methodologies, working with stakeholders and/or multi-functional delivery teams to deliver change, maintain our core applications and deliver new services that support the health of millions of people.You will work with internal and external stakeholders to conduct full business analysis across the change lifecycle. Supporting the appraisal of options, risks, benefits, impacts and costs; defining requirements to meet the business changes; supporting the identification of continuous operational improvement opportunities. Use a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques. Distil findings into an easy-to-consume format. Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, constructively challenging thinking whilst maintaining rapport. Work on complex strategic analysis, change delivery projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with stakeholders to ensure that the strategic, economic, commercial, financial and management perspectives of change are considered in line with governance and process controls. Produce specifications and define requirements to be delivered as part of formal and informal change initiatives.
