Were enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future for all, and working hard to decarbonise the planet for generations to come.About the role:As Project Administrator within the Energy Services team, youll support in the successful delivery of projects. Day to day youll assist in the co-ordination of the different product streams. Youll be responsible for the loading and reporting of product leads and opportunities with customers. This role will keep you on your toes as youll need to record and respond to all customer queries within 48 hours of receipt. Where contractors are required for projects, youll manage the contractor works. So, youll incorporate contractor management reporting to ensure Drax delivers excellent customer service, compliance with health and safety and receives value for money from contractors. Youll schedule internal and external meetings for customer proposals and liaise with colleagues on opportunities. And as youre responsible for the trackers, youll monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that proposals are issued to customers in a consistent and timely manner.Who were looking for:To be successful in this role youll ideally have- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Be highly organised and able to manage your own daily priorities- Able to draw on past project experience within process design and implementation to enable continuous improvement- Be comfortable using multiple systems/online platforms including Microsoft OfficeRewards and benefits:As you help us to shape the future, weve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and supportyour lifestyle.
