With recent investment fuelling expansion, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of scaling operations and redefining recruitment delivery across the healthcare space.This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in delivery, working closely with the Recruitment Manager and internal leadership to place healthcare professionals into primary care settings across the UK. You wont be doing business development or salesyour focus will be making quality placements using an established talent pool, innovative recruitment tech, and direct sourcing methods.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns into primary care settingsManage advert responses, screen candidates, and progress applications efficientlyLeverage the internal CRM and talent pool to identify and engage relevant candidatesConduct outreach, schedule interviews, and support the end-to-end recruitment processCollaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the delivery team to meet weekly hiring targetsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a delivery or resourcer role within recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong communication and organisational skills, with a high attention to detailComfortable managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines concurrentlyMotivated by efficiency, candidate experience, and team successInterest in healthcare, growth businesses, and process-driven recruitmentThis is a brilliant chance to develop within a high-growth, PE-backed environment, working alongside experienced leadership and gaining exposure to cutting-edge recruitment practices within a purpose-driven sector.
