Supporting over 4,000 clients nationwide, we deliver integrated, compliance-led workplace health solutions across a diverse range of industries.Due to continued growth through new client wins and strategic acquisitions, we are expanding our Occupational Hygiene team and are looking for an experienced Occupational Hygienist to join us at an exciting stage in our journey.The OpportunityWere seeking an Occupational Hygienist with current or previous field experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, ambitious organisation that invests in its people, encourages professional development, and offers real scope for progression and influence.Working closely with and supported by our Lead Hygienist, you will:Lead and manage occupational hygiene projectsTake ownership of client relationships and technical deliverySupport and mentor junior team membersDevelop your technical expertise and professional standingContribute to shaping and strengthening a growing hygiene functionKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Conducting workplace exposure assessments, including dust, fumes, vapours, noise, and LEV evaluationsVisiting client sites to design and implement exposure monitoring programmesProducing high-quality technical reports with clear, practical recommendationsInterpreting monitoring results and advising clients on control measures and compliance strategiesSupporting health surveillance recommendations aligned to monitoring outcomesActing as a technical point of contact for clientsMentoring and supporting trainee and junior hygienistsContributing to continuous improvement in processes and reporting standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for:Essential:Experience working as an Occupational Hygienist (current or previous field-based experience)Strong technical knowledge of workplace exposure assessmentExperience producing professional technical reportsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationallyDesirable:BOHS qualifications (W modules, CertOH, DipOH, or working towards)Experience mentoring or supporting junior team membersExperience across multiple industry sectorsWhy Latus Group?At Latus Group, you wont just be another hygienist.
