Support Worker

We are looking for male and female Support Workers to join our team! These services are based in various different locations, and the ideal candidate will be able to commute to the following areas: Whitley Bay, Cullercoats, Wallsend, Wideopen, Dudley, Murton Village and Longbenton. This role will require you to work as part of a team to support individuals with a variety of complex needs, which include, but are not limited to: Autism, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Challenging Behaviors, Parada Willi, Dementia and Angelman Syndrome. You will be expected to commit to a variety of different shifts, which include day shifts, working nights, and sleeping nights; shifts are allocated on a rota basis, and Line Manager's will work closely with you for preferred days off. The ideal candidate must also be able to work alternative weekends, and must also be able to work more than 20 hours per week.
