1st Line Support / Helpdesk / Service desk Engineer - 6 month fixed term contractExperience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.(No sponsorship available, must be based in the North East)TrueNorth are exclusively working with a global organisation on their search for a 1st Line Service Desk / Help Desk Engineer to join the teamYou will be working closely with the existing team on supporting the circa 750 users from the Newcastle office, primarily offering service desk and desk side support to the team across both hardware and software support.Key skills and experience required:Commercial experience of 1st line support (at least 6 months)Support in a Microsoft / O365 based environmentStrong focus on customer service as the number 1 priority above all elseWorks well within a teamBeneficial: Any 2nd line experienceThe nature of the role means it is predominantly office based with some flexibility that can be planned in advance or accommodated for unavoidable events. The offices are based in Newcastle City Centre with some great amenities onsite and on the doorstep!We have a starting salary range of 28k to 33k pro rata (dep on experience) plus an excellent benefits package
