Job Description Job Title: Digital Product & Delivery Co-ordinator Salary: 32-36k DoELocation: Hybrid working with travel across organisational sitesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Product & Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Digital Customer Operations team. This role supports the delivery of digital projects and services that enable organisational transformation and modernisation.You will work closely with Digital Product and Delivery Managers and Leads to coordinate project activities, support the implementation of digital solutions, and help ensure successful delivery of system upgrades, improvements, and new technologies.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and analytical skills who is interested in digital transformation, project delivery, and supporting technology-enabled service improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate digital product and project delivery activities across multiple workstreamsSupport the implementation, development, and upgrade of digital systems and solutionsBuild, configure, test, and support digital platforms and applicationsAssist with user training, testing, and adoption of new digital toolsMaintain project documentation including risk, issue, and lessons-learned logsProduce reports and updates for project boards and stakeholdersSupport change management processes and impact assessments for system updatesInvestigate system issues and help implement improvements or preventative measuresFacilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholdersProvide advanced system support in line with agreed service levelsWork with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery of digital servicesWhat Were Looking ForEssentialDegree-level education or equivalent relevant experienceExperience supporting digital projects, product delivery, or system implementationKnowledge of digital systems and technology solutionsStrong organisational, analytical, and communication skillsExperience using Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectivelyExperience working collaboratively with stakeholders across different teamsDesirableKnowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2Experience with digital configuration, system testing, and user trainingUnderstanding of change management and benefits realisationFamiliarity with tools such as MS Project, Visio, or similar project toolsKey SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to facilitate workshops and gather user requirementsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a wider project teamMethodical, organised approach to managing tasks and documentationWorking EnvironmentHybrid working model combining office and remote workTravel required between organisational sites when supporting projectsOpportunity to work on complex digital transformation initiativesWhat We OfferOpportunity to contribute to impactful digital transformation programmesA collaborative and supportive digital team environmentProfessional development and training opportunitiesFlexible and hybrid working arrangementsIf youd be interested to learn more about the role, please apply by the 27th of March to be considered.Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
