COMMERCIAL PLUMBER COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the facilities management industry. Established in 1994, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation. They are currently seeking a qualified Plumber to join their North East Team, working on a range of commercial contracts. JOB DESCRIPTION The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing duties , including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines. KEY REPSONSIBLITIES The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a multiple commercial contracts. Ideally someone with experience with one or more of the following: Qualified Plumber Multi skill maintenance Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach to your work. A full UK driving licence, as driving is required for the role, due to the reactive nature of the works. Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest standard. Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed. Participate in an on-call rota. Deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain a presentable, courteous, and helpful demeanour always. Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks. Flexibility to work out of hours when required. SALARY & BENEFITS Competitive salary of to 35,000- 38,000 DOE Overtime paid at 1.5x your salary. 1 in 9/10 call out.
