You’ll lead from the front, winning enterprise accounts while empowering your leaders to do the same.This is what you’ll be doing:Build and deliver a sales strategy focused on high-value, long-cycle enterprise dealsLead, coach, and inspire Heads of Sales and the wider team of BDMsCreate and roll out best-in-class BDM training and development programmesSecure senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted commercial partnerWork with Marketing to drive lead generation and improve conversion ratesIdentify new revenue streams and commercial opportunitiesProvide accurate forecasts and insight to the UKI leadership teamRepresent Hubexo at industry events and in high-level market conversationsAbout YouYou’re a hunter at heart, but you know lasting success comes from building people as well as pipeline.
