About the RoleThis role will focus on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the UK market. The candidate must be able to actively sell into tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets. Actively pitch and sell products, ensuring Vaporesso/Dojo items are stocked and promoted.Account Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities to expand sales.Market Monitoring & Feedback: Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences in the FMCG/vaping retail space. Share insights with HQ to refine sales and marketing strategies.Brand Visibility: Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility. Execute promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.Event & Campaign Support: Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and industry events to support sales and brand engagement.QualificationsExperience: Proven direct sales experience in vaping industry, ideally with retail channel sales. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person store visits and negotiations. Experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or related FMCG categories is a plus.Required SkillsStrong sales and persuasion skills, comfortable with cold calling/door-to-door retail pitching.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region.Familiarity with local markets and key players.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and performance-based commission.
