Job DescriptionThis highly respected firm is looking for an ambitious Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) ready to take the next step in their career and join their ever-growing Newcastle office. Youll join one of the UKs most esteemed Residential Property teams, working with a diverse client base on high-quality transactions across the North East market. RoleJoin one of the North East's most highly regarded Residential Conveyancing teams as a Senior Solicitor. This is a unique opportunity to take a lead role in their busy and growing Newcastle office, where youll manage your own high-quality caseload and play a part in the development of junior colleagues and client relationships. You will be responsible for:Running a broad mix of residential purchase, sale and transfer transactionsAdvising clients through all stages of the conveyancing process, including title examination and missivesLiaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth completionTaking on a proactive role in client development and networkingSupporting the wider team in leadership, mentoring and operational mattersThis is an opportunity for a driven solicitor to take on a strategic role, with the chance to make a significant impact within a leading Residential Property team.
