Job DescriptionProperty ManagerDue to expansion, I am currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join my established, leading estate agency based in Newcastle, NE6, on a full-time, permanent basis.We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual looking for a long-term opportunity to join a well respected; nationwide agency to manage a portfolio of properties and delivering unrivaled levels of customer service to tenants and landlords.We will be reviewing applicants with Property Management, Property Administration, Lettings Negotiation or Lettings Administration experience. Candidates will need a Full UK Driving Licence and Transport to be considered due to the nature of the role.About the role:Day to day effective portfolio managementHandling move-in/out, inventories and renewalsEnsure all properties comply with current lettings legislation and landlord obligationsAct as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenantsProvide regular updates to landlordsArrange and oversee all property repairs and maintenanceMonitor rental payments, chase arrears; providing landlords with regular updatesWork closely with lettings negotiators and other staff membersHours & Pay:Salary up to 27,000 - dependent on experienceMonday to Friday1 Saturday in 3Genuine Career Progression & Training OpportunitiesAbout you:Proven experience in a Lettings Management/Property Management role is essentialLetting negotiation/administration experience is advantageousExcellent customer serviceHighly organisedFull UK Driving Licence is essentialStrong communicator with excellent inter-personal skillsAble to motivate, manage, and lead by example
