This full-time locum position offers a competitive hourly rate of £31, with an initial contract of 3 months. What you will do: Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for children in care, ensuring their safety and well-being. Provide expert guidance and support to social work teams, using your extensive knowledge and experience. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, parents, and caregivers to ensure stable and nurturing environments for children. Keep detailed, accurate records and reports to monitor progress and inform future care decisions. Mentor and support junior staff, helping them to grow in their roles and improve outcomes for children. Minimum Requirements: - Relevant social work qualification and registration. - Proven experience in a similar role within children’s services.
