With over 19,000 five-star rated reviews from customers online, our signature hand cream has been described as life-changing and is fast becoming one of the nation's favourite hand care brands available in major UK retailers such as Boots, SpaceNK, and Sephora.Our mission is to deliver FREE handcare to every nurse and midwife in the UK via our Nursem Promise - whereby for every product sold we give a month's worth of Nursem to a nurse, midwife or other healthcare professional in the NHS, and to date we have delivered over 655,000 Promises so far!We have ambitious plans for Nursem to become a household brand over the next 2-3 years as such we are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join the team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, play a key role in the delivery of our plan and make a positive difference to the lives of thousands of healthcare professionals.A business with heart Deborah Meaden, Dragons DenTHE ROLE Digital Content Creator (Salary: 28,000 FT + Performance Bonus + Share Options)Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid) This role will require attendance at our office in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne for a minimum of 2-3 days per week with some occasional travel expected We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, motivated and who loves to bring ideas to life through engaging, scroll-stopping content and story telling.You will have a great portfolio of either professional or personal work that showcases your creativity and skillset behind a camera and ideally developed your own sizeable audience across social platforms.Proven experience across TikTok and Instagram is a must with strong video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut with a willingness to master TikTok Shop, Livestreams and more.Working alongside the co-founders and head of marketing, you will develop and execute Nursems content strategy that directly supports our wider marketing objectives managing all content production and delivery (from initial planning and filming through to editing and posting across all platforms).Community engagement and listening/learning to our audience is crucial so you'll be expected to interact daily and build relationships with our followers and brand advocates, responding quickly to all interactions, and use analytics to continuously optimise content and channel performance.You will be expected to build engaging stories that authentically reflect Nursems tone of voice and help us stay ahead of digital trends.Additional responsibilities include building and managing creator collabs, brainstorming content themes, talking points, and product focuses, capturing behind the scenes content at meetings or events and supporting on new product development and art direction for photoshoots and campaigns.Last but not least It is critical that you work closely with our performance marketing team to ensure Nursem delivers a steady stream of highly engaging, relevant content to support our brand growth plans.ABOUT YOUYou have a strong desire to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial skincare business, be willing to roll your sleeves up and where needed find/create solutions to problems or challenges!Youre a confident, resourceful self-starter who loves to deliver results alongside your team, and you believe that tomorrow can always be better than today.Youre super creative yet well organised, analytical and inquisitive able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at once, and you can communicate ideas or concepts effectively bring the wider team into your plans.Most importantly, youre a caring, fun and approachable person who wants to be part of building something truly special.Nursem Team BenefitsWork alongside co-founders and Newcastle team in an exciting new office + collaborate with our wider team of world-class talent based in London.Be part of something truly special that helps thousands of people every dayApple company laptop25 Days annual leave + Bank HolidaysPerformance BonusShare OptionsPension
