We work with clients in engineering and manufacturing, across a broad range of industries, on everything from web builds and branding to routine SEO and PPC strategies.This role is centred on SEO, but will overlap other areas from time to time so is a great opportunity for SEOs who are after variety! Supported by our Senior SEO Manager, Danny, youll devise and deliver strategies and report on the real-world benefit to our clients.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping solid SEO strategies for your clients, as well as building a deep understanding of their needs and priorities from both a content and technical perspectiveTake responsibility for maintaining a close relationship with clients and communicating well with key points of contactEffectively manage your SEO accounts and ensure overall performance is consistently improving while proving ROI, with regular client reporting and catchups (over video call or in person)Youll work closely with and be supported by our Senior SEO Manager, DannyDay-to-day deliverables include, but arent limited to, running technical audits, compiling recommendations across technical and on-page SEO and copywriting including writing for SEO and web buildsWork with our devs to identify and address opportunities with our clients sitesIdentify and, together with our Senior SEO Manager, address areas for growth on all accountsCollaborate with our Head of Paid Search, Dion, to align your SEO efforts with PPC where appropriateWork closely with the wider Wriggle team to ensure all client work is delivered on time, targets are met and communication and collaboration is strong within the team as a wholeContribute to Wriggles own marketing, through the likes of authored posts from time to timeA proactive approach to staying up to date with the latest SEO trends, including developments in SERP features such as AI OverviewsAdditional responsibilities could include email marketing, social media support and the creation of case studies and whitepapers across both clients and Wriggles own marketingPersonal requirementsExcellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret client needs effectivelyA motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude, eager to contribute to a busy and growing teamA sense of pride in completing projects and going above and beyond to support clients and colleaguesWe operate a hybrid working model, which requires you to be in our Gosforth office a minimum of two days per week (this can be spread over several days if preferred, such as four half days)What we offer24 days annual leave plus an additional day on your birthday each year (bank holidays not included)Payday lunches every month and new starters pick where we eat that monthTeambuilding days including Christmas and summer socialsPersonal development an agreedquarterly and yearly roadmap, clearly outlining objectives and opportunities to progressClient referral bonus we award bonuses for the successful introduction of new business
