Job DescriptionGlobal Social Content Creator & Marketing ManagerLocation: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)Salary: CompetitiveType of Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term ContractPlease submit a portfolio with your application.Were seeking a highly creative and strategic Global Social Content Creator and Marketing Manager to lead our brands voice across digital platforms on a fixed term basis!Youll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content and social strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across international markets.You will also be supporting the wider Global Marketing Team across Global Brand Planning, launches and post campaign analysis.What you will be doing:Social Creative ContentWorking with Head of Brand Communications to ensure social media content strategy is fully supported from a content perspective, ensuring consistency while allowing for local market adaptationsDevelop and execute integrated content campaigns that support product launches, events, and brand initiatives, working closely with Regional teams to feed into campaign plans and ensure guidance on best-in-class.Working with Global Creative team to brief and execute campaign content for all Social ChannelsPlan and execute Global briefs for campaigns, awareness days and global moments distributing Global content once created with a clear guide for use.Research, film and create product content for Global use across Instagram, YouTube and TikTokWhere relevant, collaborate with external (freelance/agency) designers, videographers, and copywriters to create engaging, high-quality content.Oversee user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and community engagementGlobal Event support working with key regions to create content plans for events and execution across all Social ChannelsOwner of Global Social Media Calendar - ensuring key Global moments and campaigns throughout the year are planned and considered, advise and oversee executionGovernance of Global Social Strategy - regularly meeting with regional teams for execution and reporting/feedback, continually optimising strategy based on analytics and KPIs.Global MarketingSupporting Global team compiling Monthly Competitor Reporting across all social channelsGlobal Influencer management being ahead of our competitors and the cultural zeitgeist finding relevant brand influencers to work with, creating briefs and securing and delivering best in class contentWorking with Health Care Professionals to create Global brand contentWork closely with brand, product marketing, and regional teams to align messaging and campaign priorities.What skills and experiences youll need to ace this job:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.Experience in social media, content marketing, or brand management (global experience preferred).Proven ability to develop culturally disruptive creative, data-driven content strategies.Strong knowledge of major social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.Exceptional communication and project management skills.Preferred Tools and Platforms: Extensive knowledge of all Global Social Platforms is a mustKnowledge of TikTok shop a big benefitKnowledge of Storystream, leveraging UGC contentBrandwatch - Social scheduling and analyticsCapCut for all internal video editingWrike - planning, executing and tracking projects efficientlyIf this sounds like an exciting opportunity for you, please apply online.
