The ideal candidate will already be confident advising on:- Charity law, including regulatory and constitutional matters- Governance structures and trustee responsibilities- Commercial and trading agreements- Fundraising compliance and contractual arrangements- Mergers, restructuring, and collaborations- Experience in either the education or sports sectors would be advantageous, though not essential.Who We're Looking For - 5+ years PQE with a strong technical background in charity law- A confident, proactive communicator ...
