This opportunity is well-suited to an ambitious lawyer seeking to progress their career with a highly regarded firm, servicing high-profile instructions, including M&A, Private Equity work along with Corporate reorganisations. You will be joining a Legal 500 recognised team, servicing the complete spectrum of corporate transactions, often high value/complexity, for national clients, PLCs, OMBs, and SMEs across a variety of sectors.
