This is a hands-on senior role where you will take ownership of key system areas, drive technical improvements, and contribute to the evolution of a product undergoing an exciting phase of redevelopment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, high-performing software Own and optimise key areas of the system, advocating for improvements and best practices Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features at scale Contribute to the migration and modernisation of the existing Elixir platform into TypeScript-based services Work on a platform that handles significant traffic, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance Essential Skills Proven experience in a similar web development role Strong commercial experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, or similar) Solid understanding of backend development principles Comfortable working across the stack and interested in full-stack engineering Why Apply?
