Migration Support Engineer

Job DescriptionEarly Life Support EngineerWe're looking for a dedicated Engineer to assist with a large-scale migration project. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Ouston, focused on providing crucial support during the initial phase of a new network rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesMigration Set-up: Help with the initial setup of the migration clinic.Device Management: Safely move and manage a large number of devices from storage to the refresh clinic, following instructions from the onsite team.System Access: Log in to necessary systems on provided devices as directed by project leads.Laptop Refresh: Support the process of refreshing laptops for end-users.Reporting: Update the workflow management system accurately and at each required step.Collaboration: Work closely with the Post-Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager, seeking guidance as needed.Stock Control: Assist with daily manual stock checks and report your findings.Security: Ensure all devices are securely stored at the end of each day.RequirementsSecurity Clearance: You must hold a valid SC clearance.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
