Job DescriptionCommercial Insurance Director Our clients are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Director to join our senior leadership team in Newcastle.The Role:In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Branch Director and lead a team of talented Account Executives.Your focus will be on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.Manage and grow a profitable commercial book of business.Drive strategic initiatives to expand our commercial insurance portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.Monitor market trends to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.Support the Branch Director in achieving business goals and ensuring compliance.Key Requirements: Senior-level experience within the commercial insurance sector.Proven leadership and team development skills.Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.A successful track record of business growth and client retention.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.Relevant qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII) are advantageous.
