Youll take full ownership of your teams performance, driving success through hands on leadership, expert guidance, and personal contribution.Your role will include:Assume full accountability of a team, taking responsibility for the management and sales performance against budgetBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidatesEnsure delivery of key activity within your team and support them with their development and growthCreating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActives valuesMotivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes whilst embodying TeacherActives culture and company valuesUse your extensive recruitment and sales skills to build your own desk, maximise team performance and achieve overall resultsAttending client meetings, school visits, and networking eventsBuild and maintain an in depth understanding of the education sector to maximise potential opportunitiesWhat Were Looking For:We want someone who thrives in a target driven environment and is passionate about leading others to success.Key attributes we value:Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (ideally in a high-compliance sector)Experience of leading teams to successProven track record of exceeding growth and GP targetsStrong leadership, motivation, and coaching skillsExcellent communication and relationship building abilityAbility to drive strong activity levelsWhats in It for You?At TeacherActive, were invested in your success.
