Hybrid available We are working with a prestigious client in Newcastle who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. The Role As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will: Take ownership of payroll processes, including data entry, validation, and analysis Run end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion Handle both standard and non-standard payroll tasks independently Liaise with the Pension Administration team and respond to payroll and pensioner queries Support senior colleagues with payroll projects and business development initiatives Mentor and train junior team members, checking their work to ensure accuracy Identify errors, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary Work proactively, managing your workload effectively and meeting strict deadlines.
