This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some team leader experience in education or social care agency recruitment.Key skills required:Essential - Previous 360 recruitment experience leading a team in Education or temporary recruitmentProven track record of exceeding KPIs and targetsAbility to drive strong activity levelsPrevious work within a high compliance sectorStrong customer service and sales skillsA high standard of written and oral communication skillsProactive work with central support teamsOutstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detailsYou will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential.
