The individual will collaborate with contractors, ensure projects meet regulatory standards, and enhance the company's operational efficiency.QualificationsSkills in Budgeting and Cost ManagementCompetence in Procurement processesExpertise in Construction and Civil EngineeringStrong leadership and project management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingExperience in the construction industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldThis role would suit an individual with an ability to be highly operational and hands on alongside broader strategic responsibility.
