Identify defects, condition ratings, and required remedial works. Ensure data is accurate, comprehensive, and professionally presented. ? Requirements:Proven experience in condition surveys, ideally within the healthcare or public sector. Proficiency withGoReport software . Own tablet device suitable for on-site data capture.
