As a Fintech Support Specialist, you will guide customers through our cloud-based suite of products via telephone and digital channels. Consult & Troubleshoot: Act as a "Trusted Advisor," translating complex financial software features into simple, actionable solutions. Drive Financial Clarity: Help users manage their accounts, payroll, and taxes with precision. Identify Growth: Use your commercial awareness to suggest tools and upgrades that help our clients businesses thrive. You enjoy digging into "the why" behind a technical glitch or a financial discrepancy. Numeracy & Data Literacy: You are comfortable discussing budgets and business workflows. SaaS Savvy: You have a natural affinity for cloud-based software and can navigate multiple platforms simultaneously with ease. Precision Communicator: Whether on the phone or via digital chat, you are professional, calm, and clear. Integrity-Driven: You understand the importance of data security and protecting sensitive financial information. Competitive Pay: 12.75 per hour (26,520 per annum) with Fortnightly Pay .
