Job Description Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in print or digital print? Looking for a role where you can genuinely influence growth, work with quality production teams, and be rewarded for the business you win?We're working with a well-established and forward-thinking print business that's investing in growth and looking to appoint a confident, industry-proven BDM to drive new business sales.The OpportunityThis is a new businessfocused role, ideal for someone who understands the print sector inside out and thrives on winning and developing profitable client relationships. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, supported by experienced estimating, production, and account management teams.What You'll Be DoingWinning new business across commercial print / digital print solutionsBuilding a strong, self-generated sales pipelineManaging the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeWorking closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution first timeMeeting clients face-to-face and representing the business professionallyKeeping CRM and forecasts accurate and up to dateWhat We're Looking ForProven BDM or field sales experience within the print / digital print industryStrong knowledge of print processes, materials, and production workflowsA consistent track record of new business generationConfident communicator with excellent negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to targetsFull UK driving licenceJBRP1_UKTJ
