Transition Analyst

Its a Fixed Term Contractor3-4 days in a month in Newcastle/Glasgow office , rest can be remote. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate service transition activities across multiple projects.Develop and maintain RAID logs, risk acceptance documentation, and RACI matrices.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables.Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet program deadlines and targets.Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Support ITIL-based processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.Required Skills & QualificationsITIL Foundation Certification (mandatory).Strong planning and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.General understanding of Service Transition processes.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate future workload and prepare accordingly.Knowledge of RAID logs, risk acceptance, and RACI frameworks.
