My client is eager to welcome a new, experienced Contract Supervisor into the fold.Package30,000Main Responsibilities To assist the contracts manager to ensure all contracts are running as they should, as well as being the main point of contact for any client queries in relation to your designated contracts.Upload FRA actions into company CRM.Update the client's portal.Ensure we comply with all KPIs.To attend client meetings over teams and take internal meeting notes.Deal with all client queries & install queries on your contract. To handle all administration for your designated contracts.To provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable and carry out other ad hoc duties.Knowledge and ExperiencesGood understanding of CRM systems, CASH would be advantageousPrevious experience dealing with contracts/project managementGood understanding of office packages i.e. Excel and WordExcellent time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTo be able to build good rapports and maintain good client relationshipsIf you are local to the area and seeking a new Contracts Supervisor position, then please apply now.
