Chartered Town Planner Newcastle 45,000 to 60,000 basic salary (depending on experience and negotiable for Partner level) + bonus Opportunity to take a busy department to the next level Suitable for people from Senior to Partner level Superb benefits package This partner led; independent Property Group are looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join their successful development team in this firms head office in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will take lead role in managing residential, commercial and leisure development applications throughout the region. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client service In addition to the Development team, which includes 14 people who are Planners, Chartered Surveyors and RIBA Architects, the firm operate in various areas of property including General Surveying, Property/Asset Management, Rural and Agricultural Consulting and Residential Estate Agency. What you will be doing As a Chartered Town Planner in the Development team, you will be tasked with providing pragmatic and commercially astute advice to ensure that clients can successfully navigate the complexities of the planning system across residential, commercial, agriculture, Leisure and Education. In addition to this, with the growing demand within renewable energy and Education, these sectors are growing for the firm and they would like someone to be able to continue to develop these disciplines.
