We stand as a global training powerhouse operating across 60 countries worldwide.Together, we are training the workforce of the future.3t Training Services is the UKs largest and leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, and a major player globally, whilst also making a significant impact on the wider and utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.The RoleDuties and Responsibilities:Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts via telephone and emailEnsure timely payments are receivedRespond to relevant client enquiries.Manage collection of missing or delayed POs from customersResolve all disputes by liaising with internal and external stakeholdersAllocation of receipts to Sage accounting systemKeep payments on account to a minimum chasing remittance advice where necessaryEmail box to keep within 5 days to comply with KPIsPrepare statements, client status reports and all relevant information as requiredWork closely with the Sales and Booking teams to resolve outstanding issuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers via telephone to ensure the smooth running of accounts and visibility of the day to-day cash cycleProvide administrative support to the team and any other adhoc tasks that are requiredThe PersonAt 3t our values of Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence are at the heart of what we do and reflect what is important to 3t, how we operate and fulfil our vision. You will have:A minimum of 3 years credit control experienceAcute attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex accountsExcellent prioritisation, organisation and time management skillsAbility to maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersA positive can do attitude with an inquisitive mindKnowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Sage accountancy softwaredesirableJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
