Job DescriptionOur Client An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients.The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and efficient Investment Administrator to provide first class administrative support to Investment Managers in the Newcastle office.Keeping up with daily Investment Management administration tasks with the ongoing monitoring of private client portfolios as well as working closely with colleagues within the wider team.The Investment Administrator will confidently develop and maintain client relationships while dealing with both account opening and closings, the transferring of stock into accounts and payments.The Investment Administrator will be required to support the Investment Manager, placing trades in Avaloq based on received instructions from other staff on the Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly. As well as supporting with the preparation and administration for client pitches and meetingsThe Candidate1-2 years minimum experience in a Client Support role ideally supporting Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Planning business.Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work unsupervisedA strong communicator and Good organisational skillsAttention to detailExcellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills.
