Central Employment are working with an impressive and globally recognised Creative Agency, specialists in bespoke FMCG, Lifestyle and Retail design from Packaging, Brand to Digital and Style Guides. They have a new role for a Senior Designer, to operate from there Newcastle HQ. The Senior Designer profile: As a Senior Designer, you'll lead and deliver creative across brand licensing projectsworking hands-on and collaboratively across disciplines. You'll apply strategic thinking, creative insight, and visual craft across a wide range of audiences and formats. Senior Designer responsibilities: Lead projects from concept to delivery Create brand and trend guides that shape global Ips Collaborate with illustrators, 3D artists, motion designers Manage timelines, projects, and client relationships Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused design Keep ahead of design an culture trends Experience required: 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design studio Delivered bespoke creative projects for FMCG and or Retail brands A strong, versatile portfolio (brand, packaging, campaigns, experiential) Clear, strategic thinking and design rationale Ability to adapt across audiences, from preschool to pop culture Strong time management and a collaborative mindset Bonus: illustration, 3D, or motion experience TPBN1_UKTJ
