Job Description We are looking for an administrator to support the work of the CEO in the day to day operational tasks of the charity. If you have some free time each week, you can make an incredible difference to the support that we can offer young cancer patients with limited time. By providing vital administrative assistance, volunteers enable Dragonfly Cancer Trust to focus on its mission in supporting young cancer patients with a life-limiting cancer diagnosis. What are we looking for? Who We Are Looking For Administrative Experience – Previous experience in admin tasks such as diary management, scheduling, & organising meetings. IT Skills – Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Commitment – A strong dedication to Dragonfly Trusts mission. Time Availability – Willingness to commit a minimum amount of time each week. Teamwork – Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Communication Skills – Ability to effectively interact with team members. What will you be doing? This is a varied role which involves the day to day administration of Dragonfly Cancer Trust to include - Meeting Coordination – Sending out agendas, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes. Database Management – Keeping records and databases up to date and monitoring feedback from patients and their families. Thanking donors and supporters
