We are seeking an Accountant to join our team in Jesmond. The ideal Accountant will be ACCA/ACA qualified, QBE or currently studying with completion in sight.Brief Job DescriptionPreparing year-end accounts for a range of clients including limited companies, LLPs, sole traders, partnerships, Trusts and charities in accordance with FRS102 & other applicable standards.Draft corporation tax returns and supporting computationsDraft self assessment returns and supporting computationsProviding support & developing junior membersPotential to review the work of juniors, resolving technical queries, and ensuring files are ready for Partner review.Audit experience would be AdvantageousA good working knowledge of, CCH Accounts, Audit & Taxation, Xero, Quickbooks, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office is preferable.Requirements for the roleYou will possess good communication, administration and organisational skills, and you must be a flexible team player.
