The goal is simple: create one of the strongest, best-run specialist childrens homes in the region.We are looking for a high-calibre (Children's care) Registered Manager / Responsible Individual with strong low secure childrens residential experience, a proven record in Ofsted-led care, and the ambition to take ownership of a flagship service where there will be serious investment, no corner-cutting and no expense spared.
