This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for technical excellence, strong project delivery, and a collaborative site culture.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take responsibility for daytoday site operations on a largescale highrise development. Youll ensure work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating subcontractors and supporting the wider project team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations on a major highrise projectManage subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and efficientlyMaintain programme, quality, and H&S standardsCoordinate blockwork packages and ensure sequencing is followedLead site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talksWork closely with the Project Manager and commercial teamEnsure compliance with Tier 1 processes and client expectationsEssential ExperienceProven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractorStrong background in highrise construction (residential or commercial)Demonstrable experience managing blockwork packagesExcellent understanding of H&S, quality control, and programme managementSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
